Good staff and food, loved it. The room was cheap with a large bed. A hairdryer and bath sheets were available there.

There was a good reception. The room was brand-new with exceptionally comfortable beds. There was a clean. Found in the great area very close to centre as well as cable car. Booked it for 6 days and had a really comfortable experience.

It was fairly clean, I would stay here again. Liked my fine stay in a central San Fran location. Everyone was helpful, I felt safe.

Splendid, spotlessly clean place and peaceful area. Free of charge breakfast at the hotel with lots of options to choose from. Pet-friendly location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a shopping plaza. I found fridge in the lobby. There were premium internet and private parking available. I loved the really unforgettable stay.

Rooms and amenities were nice, I enjoyed that. Big beds, a fridge, central heating and an electronic key card in the room. It was a secured hotel in a fairly nice area. The airport was 25 km away.

Location and staff were great, I had a GOOD stay. They had a quick check-in too. It was located in a very very nice area. I enjoyed the lunch in Tu Lan within walking distance of the hotel.

Nothing to complain about at all!

I enjoyed its location and people, very good building. Located walking distance to eateries and bars. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Decent hotel, my first choice in San Francisco.

Wi-Fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

It was surely a decent stay. I liked handy location and sweet staff. Savoury breakfast, exceptional service. The bed was very comfy and room was efficient & well-kept.

Cheap room, perfectly clean bathroom, polite staff. There were the shops and the markets around the hotel. Absolutely perfect location 5 min walk from powell street tube station. The service was absolutely admirable!
